Session 01 Trevor April 2nd
Trevor is considering purchasing a program - BUILD AND CONNECT, where they do all the bidding. Trevor has a meeting with them over zoom (I, Sameena will circle back to this video clip to complete jotting down the notes).
- Ask Trevor if he could ask Cassidy (Daughter) if she would like to schedule an appointment with Sameena, so she can take her through the Facebook Training, called (Instant Audience).
- Scott wants to know the name of the company that has all the information about Trevor's competitors, the jobs that are being bided on that Trevor doesn't know are being bided on, and wants to know the name of the Software Travor is talking about in video clip #2 - Scott will research that company himself and see what he can find out.
VIDEO 03 - The Spirit behind 1212 - It is an entire absence for profit motive. And to emphasize that 1212 is not a charitable/not-for-profit cause. In other words it is just not for people who have a disadvantage, and it is not just available for people who cannot afford the services. 1212 is available to anyone, including the rich, the poor, it doesn't matter who you are or what you do or how much money you have or don't have to have access to 1212 - It is basically for anyone.
1212 is coming from complete abundance, and it is not completely self-less. Scott sets aside 2-hours a day, and it is part of his emotional and spiritual wellbeing, which is to abundantly give his gifts to anybody who meets the criteria to receiving Scott's mastery - And Trevor meets the criteria by doing the one video per month, which is the condition, and he is having the monthly sessions during the time Scott can do it (the time slot where Scott does his 1212). - This is completely pure for Scott because the offer )once/Month call was presented to Trevor inside of 1212.
It brings Scott joy to be able to do this with Trevor.
If Trevor insists on Paying Scott and he doesn't feel good about not paying Scott despite what Scott says that he really wants to do this with Trevor with no motive to profit from it, then Scott would have to find a way that is outside of his 1212 time to help Trevor to keep the purity of 1212 and what it is and means to Scott.

What did Trevor have that was custom made? And what is the name of the company that made it? And why did it not work? Is it possible that Scott can see the thing that is custom made and that doesn't work, so that he could understand more?

And Scott would like to negotiate without anyone really knowing what he is doing - find out what really is important to each party, what they really want, what type of investment would he be willing to make to Trevor's company and what would he want back in exchange - Ant then finding out what Trevor really wants - Make sure that Trevor doesn't give away more then he has to.
Scott would like to play the role of the 'negotiator' here, and this would be for FREE for sure, just so everyone understands that Scott does not need to profit from doing this, and so as the third party 'negotiator', he can look at things objectively and everyone is aware of that because he is not profiting from taking on this role for Trevor (Having his friend's back). - And make sure that whatever agreement they come into is performance based.

Trevor tends to wake-up around 7am during the work week - he sometimes tends to wake up before the alarm goes off.
When he wakes up, first thing is he lets the dogs out
When wakes up, the first thought that comes is, he thinks about what he has got to do that day, what he wants to accomplish - He always has one goal for the day that he has to do.
And they are pretty positive thoughts
When get grawchy at times, Ellen (wife) reminds him to be positive.
If loses a contract or a bid, he tends to go negative, but Ellen turns it around and he does the same for her too.
Question: In the evening when you go home after work or before you go to bed, what thoughts might you have that are a negative pattern? - Answer: 'Just work'
Ask Ellen how she would have answered this same question above?
Question: If there was a negative thought at all when you are home in terms of a pattern on a weekly basis

Trevor mentioned, 'When you get a little bit depressed' - Scott to ask: When is the last time you remember being depressed about anything? Or is the depression happening with Ellen? - Scott may talk about this or he may not depending on its significance and how relevant it is.
Homework for Trevor: between now and next session (May 1) - To the best of your ability, start intentionally observing your thoughts a little bit, looking for a common pattern - if can identify a slight common pattern, that can be very powerful as Scott can get to the root of something. - Pay attention to a common patterns in terms of negative thoughts (Kind of like when Scott asked you to rate from a scale of 1-10 with your employees).
NOTE: And anytime, you notice something, Trevor in terms of common patterns, send Scott an email - And you agreed to do this.
