Welcome to my Webinar. Thank you for joining me today. The format and structure of this Webinar is modeled using Russel Brunsen’s, The Perfect Webinar format. And so at the end of the webinar, you will see me making an offer as that is what I have been trained to do is to make an irrisistable offer towards the end of this webinar. Now, that is not to say that I am expecting you nor do I have an agenda for you to buy my offer at the end. And in all honesty, I do have a big picture intention behind an intention is at the end of the day is to make a sale and it comes as a result of the process of this webinar. The primary subject matter for todays webinar is related to the top key secrets you need to know to transition from being an employee (worker) to actually having a business that works, meaning it is profitable and is making recurring revenue – Don’t all of us want that? Or at least most of us? What I will also be incorporating in this training is how to make this gradual transition and get there faster, so it doesn’t need to take years to make this transition and have your own business that works.
 
So …. Lets Begin, shall we?
I told you there are 4 secrets to my success. The first one I am going to talk about is really the first one because it is the most important. I could have all the other three secrets and nail all three of them, but if I have missed incorperating this one foundational element, then nothing will work or it may seem like it is all working, and it will only be temporary as it will not last. And wen I say what it is, you are going to be tempted to say 'Ah, I already know what this is ... whatever...' I thought I knew what it is too, and I learned this lesson the hard way. I am going to tell you what it is right now - You can't build anything and I mean anything without the foundation of integrity.

So this is what Integrity Choices is about - It is about getting to the root of the out of integrities in you that you cannot see like what Scott did for me, and like what happened with Vadim (who's story will be shared further on in this Webinar).

I am going to start by speak about a certain aspect of integrity which is the basics, honor your word, your commitments, your agreements. Now, what this mean? It may just sound that simple, and it actually ca be that simple if we just make it so we are just living our lives by this one key foundation.

You want to start developing a powerful life, an even more powerful life then the one you are living right now? Well, my secret to why I know I am living a more powerful life now then I have ever lived before is because ad yes it was a process and it took a lot of practice, I did not just get there over night - I started to develop a new muscle, a muscle that none has ever really taught me to have before till I met Scott, and I started to learn all about his work. The one element that's always present at the forefront in Scott's work no matter what he does is the foundational principle of integrity. This is the muscle that most people don't have. No offense though, I did not even have this muscle, and I am still not perfect in every area in my life when it comes to integrity. I want to be in integrity in every area of my life, and the difference now is then like six months ago is I am aware for the most part when I am not being integrity or I am very open to having my out of integrities point out to me, so that i am more aware of where specifically i am not fully in integrity. and I hold integrity as my core compass particularly when it comes to business.

So what does it mean to honor your word? Well, it's simple - Do what you say and say what you mean - Yes, through my own personal experiences and so many times of just not being my word and the significant impact it had not only on me, but also on other people who were the recipient of me me breaking my work or not honoring my word with them, and also it having done on me numerous times - where people were not their word with me or did not honor an agreement with me, for example, in business. And I remember the negative impact it had on me

I have always felt more in control and peaceful when I know that I have been in full integrity whether it be with a person or in whatever I do.

In life, we can either honor our word or honor our excuses, in other words our reasons and justifications even when those reasons can be very valid leaving us a victim to our circumstances or situational factors.

What feels more powerful to you? Honoring your word no matter what? Or honoring your reasons or excuses? What feels like it will have you live life with more power and conviction - life on your own terms?

In business, what creates the stronger element of trust? Always honoring your word, so the trust part is intact.

Would it be amazing if people can always relate to you as your word, such as your clients, business partners, etc? - That if you say something they know you mean it and you will do it because you have been consistent with always being your word and shown that your word - integrity matters to you.

And in instances where you can't keep your word because you just can't as we understand that life does happen whether we are in control of what happens or not - I remind myself to ask myself as guess what? it happens to me aswell, not often, but I would be lying if i said it never happened - So then I ask myself if this were to happen where I just could not keep my word, 'What would integrity do based on what I know about integrity? - I go to this question as my guiding compass. 

Honoring my word verses Keeping my word, they are two separate things. Notice, above in the beginning of this integrity training, I used the words 'honor your word', and Not 'keep your word' because in life we will not always 100 percent be able to keep our word, yes, of course, we want to have the intention to always keep or work or at the very least keep our word and our promises, but in odd cases where we can't, then following the paradigm of integrity, we can always and be in control of honoring our word and our agreements.

One example of what honoring our word looks like is, as soon as you know you will not be keeping your word/promise acknowledge it by letting the person know you will not be keeping your word and possibly re-promise if you can or find another way that you can responsibly honor your word to make up for the impact caused on the person by not keeping our word.  

Training Continues Below ...
  • Being self-employed is a totally different mind-set, and the key here is you have to start by scheduling out some time – it is all in the scheduling – That is the valuable lesson here.
  • Start by scheduling one day where you wake up and you do some form of a meditation (jogging, yoga, etc ….). the point is that you are getting out of your physical space before you start anything that is work related no matter what it may be.
  • Why start with getting out of your Physical Space? Well, working for yourself and having none to answer to, even if it is having a business on the side while you are still a worker with a full-time job comes with its advantages – the freedom, able to charge whatever you want without limitations, creativity, etc … And at the same it is a challenge as it takes self-discipline being an entrepreneur or even a part-time entrepreneur. And self-discipline does not come naturally to most of us, wouldn’t you agree? It takes something to function with self-discipline, it’s not like we are born with it.
  • In fact, It is especially challenging having self-discipline working for yourself more than it is as a worker because there is no immediate incentive or payback reward at least not right away.
  • I know from personal experience, it hasn’t been easy for me to have self-discipline as an entrepreneur in the beginning.77
  • In fact, when I transitioned from worker to full-time entrepreneur, It was very challenging for me to self-generate myself to work (Share my own journey and how I have transitioned to actually wanting to work now – Daily routine – 5am jog at YMCA)
  • That is why getting out of your physical space of your physical space is so important as many people cannot create because it occurs to them like more work
  • The whole point of being an entrepreneur is it offers us that abundance of time and abundance of money, and more choices available.
  • The irony is if you want to accelerate your results and have them happen faster, the key is slowing down and focusing on your number one job, which is to be happy (Can talk about Abraham Hicks?)
  • Scheduling time to work on your business and having a daily ritual, one that is the one for you (Share my experience with scheduling)
  • And if there is one thing to shift, lets first start with working on the mind-set – It start with scheduling a block of time, so it starts with ideally one day where this day is about whatever you want to do, whether it is going to a coffee shop, and starting the day, going to a library, etc – just something for you that represents physical space wise that you have set yourself up to be creative and only do those tasks that are inspired as that is what works and gets you results – work that is inspired and does not have a component of struggle in it (Share my journey here about how I completed all that needed to get done to have this version of the webinar where I did not struggle through it)
  • As entreperneurs, what is the biggest thing we are challenged with? – The belief that we have a lack of time and a lack of money
  • As full-time workers, it is really no different in terms of our limiting beliefs. Do you have that dream that you have not yet start on fulfilling, maybe it’s starting your own business? Or that Passion Project? Ask yourself, why haven’t you started on it? What is stopping you? Is it lack of time? You feel like you don’t have enough time to really do those things that you want to do, such as work on venturing out and slowly away from the system and start something of your own?
  • And maybe it was never really your dream to ever move into enterperneurship and having a business of your own? – And maybe you just want to get out of the system because you have had too much of the pain?
  • Well, I can relate because it was never my dream to become a full-time entrepreneur. Once things started to go even more downhill with my job, I just had enough of the pain and I just wanted to get out of the system and feel free and not controlled again.
  • It just happened that my journey over the last three years since I got out of the system organically lead me to become an entrepreneur. Once things started to get more and more clear for me, it just turned out that this was my way out and so I had to close all back doors, so there was no turning back and here I am having my first very own webinar.
  • And why is it that many of us feel like we just can’t afford to take a day off? it doesn’t matter if we are self-employed or an employee. Many of us have this belief that if we just work longer and harder, we will make more money. And why is that? Why do we feel we need to work longer and harder to bring in more money, is it because we also say to ourselves there is not enough? We lack money?
  • Well if we believe the old school way of thinking – that working longer and harder, putting in effort is what will bring in the money faster, and it will get you from point A to point B faster? This is further from the truth, and I am living proof of that myself.

Before Status
The before status of our ideal person that we are in the prospect of helping:
  • They are trying to build a business that is not an MLM business. They have invested money in training programs like Make Your Mark. They are not just a worker trying to get out as that’s very challenging. They are people that are already trying to build a business and they are getting very, very discouraged. They have spent money with other training programs and coaches, they have already spent money on courses or other training programs.
After Status
 
Pain Points
  • They have started to resent some of their clients that they helped for free even though they told them they are helping them for free. They are helping so many people and they are not getting paid for it or they are not getting paid what they want to get paid for it. Bottom line is they are not making money. Instead they are just spending money because they feel they need to get further and make money, but it is having the opposite effect, they are not getting any further in their business or where they want to be and they are not making money.
 
What is the new concept you will introduce?
  • The concept is you can’t build a business if you don’t have consistent forward focus and momentum. It is about taking a step backword and cleaning up all the things that need to be cleaned up, for example, anything to do with the physical space, overdue taxes, etc. anything that clears the space where they can be present and focused on taking only inspired actions, which will ironically cause them to get the desired results on their business. Being honest with yourself and taking a look at what you have been putting off and not dealt with yet that could be blocking the flow for money to come in because those stuff that did not seem as important to get done, but really they are important to be in complete integrity with, and it could be anything.
 
  • What is the new solution that makes that concept possible?
 
It is our private membership. We make this possible for free. You pay a dollar which you get back later. There is all these mind-set programs that connects us together, and here is how it works – You are going to listen to a short meditation video whenever you feel like it ideally daily. And after we have listened to it, we share in a video what we learned or what we got present to, or what got inspired or just anything. And simultaneously, we are practicing being better communicators on video, so we are listening and sharing on video from the positon of a teacher and trainer. And you would post a positive comment acknowledging a different person inside the membership site.
 
Who is your competition/enemy?

What are your audiences potential failures?
 
They put everything into training programs, writing a book, potential courses, how to be a speaker, going to networking events, putting all their time into these activities that don’t actually cause them to get a customer. So they are making long-term investments, investments that don’t actually pay off to get a customer for the long-term. In other words, they are making all these investments that have no evidence of exactly how it’s going to lead to a paying customer. Many people go to a course, they see all these people get hyped up and they hear all these success stories of people, and they think this is it, look at all these people that are successful. They are excited in the moment, they buy a course, and then they wake up in the morning and the inspiration is gone. They don’t actually follow through consistently, maybe they do for a bit, but they don’t follow-through, and even if they join an accountability club, they don’t work or end up eventually falling apart and people are not showing up or keeping their promises, so they don’t end up working because people are unknowingly acting co-dependently, and they don’t give themselves the space to meditate and be silent, and to just allow the next inspired thought or action to come without effort and trying so hard. They don’t let source direct them, so they suffer through working so hard, and they try to motivate themselves, but nothing works and they can’t get motivated, or the motivation doesn’t last for long. They get overwhelmed, they get stuck. Bottom line is they don’t finish anything they start because it isn’t what they really should be working on and they don’t know it. And that is what Integrity Choices is all about, what you want and what really you don’t want that you are not giving yourself permission to say. For example, some people have lost their marriages because their husband or wife was carrying them and eventually they can’t carry them anymore, or they are in loveless marriages. Or they lost their business because they put it all on the line unknowingly what they put on the line was the exact thing that had them lose their business. And some people like the fortunate ones end up going back and getting a job before they lose their family, and they are never really happy because they were willing to not put themselves first and ‘sacrifice’ for the family because they are attached, and so they stay unhappy, and eventually they end up resenting their family for all the ‘sacrifices’ they made putting their happiness and what they really wanted last.
 
What is their dream?
 
Their dream is to be a celebrity, their dream is to showcase their work and be known for it. Their dream is to be known and respected among all their friends, clients and people in their community. Their dream is to have the right clients come to them without having to sell – phone ringing off the hook, clients are coming without having to ever market. The dream is to not have to pretend anymore, and be open, honest and transparent – being able to be your true self and having to be someone you authentically are not nor want to be. Their dream is to have enough money, so they never have to take on a client that they really don’t want to take on. Their dream is to be able to get paid properly and fairly and they never take on a client that they know in their heart that they don’t really want to take on, but they take on because they need the money. Their dream is to have enough money to be able to live the life they desire, and to be able to do what they want – to be able to do the work they love to do.
 
What do they want to know/have after the webinar that they don’t know/have now?
 
What they want to know is why are other people that they know succeeding in their business that have received the same training and the same programs that I have been in. Why are they succeeding and I am not – They ask themselves, “What is wrong with me”? “What am I doing wrong”?
 
They want to have a clear pathway, vision and certainty of how the money is made when it’s coming in, how much is coming in, what they have to do for it, how much time they have to put in, what are those right actions that they really need to take, and in what order. They want the certainty that if what they are doing is going to pay off. They want to have no more doubt and wobble with what they are doing. They want to have a clear pathway and support along the way.
 
What are the possible objections to your offer or concept?
 
I don’t have enough time to take a step backwords and they are unwilling to look at the truth of their situation. Their truly believe that they can’t make money with only focusing on meditation, guidance, happiness, controlling your thoughts, or cleaning up the past. They don’t believe that you can actually make money without trading time, hard work and hustle for really taking the time to do a complete inventory in their business and really assess what is going on, and through that to allow the next right action to take to organically come through inspiration.
 
Another possible objection is that I am not qualified t help them – I don’t have the social proof or any case stories to back me up. And because there is a risk here, it is going to cost you nothing. You are going to get nail Your Niche, access to our membership site for a dollar, which we are going to refund back after you have nailed the nailed Your Nail Your Niche section. And if after the first Nail Your Niche session, you are not satisfied, just let me know and I will refund the dollar. And if any point in time, you are not happy, I will refund you back the dollar.
 
Who are you?
Introduce yourself, business or brand
My name is Sameena Fernandes. I am the host of 1111, Co-founder of 1212 and Mission Marketing, the Integrity Choices Program. I help people who are trying to build their own business without it being MLM with the help and guidance of Scott Gallagher.
 
What makes me different is I was able to bring in over 70 000.00 in my first year of business without having offers, people approaching me. My first coaching client that approached me asked me to help them paid me over $10,000 to work with them for just two months and without having any credidentials or results. What also makes me unique is I have done a facebook live every single day since April 21st, 2017 where I connected with another human being by either having another guest in the studio and I have had over 500 of them and doing multi-camera facebook live or if I chose not to have a guest, I would choose to do a facebook live on my timeline and I would remain on my timeline for as long as I had to until someone connected with me in the form of posting an actual comment while I was live, even if it was just saying ‘Hi’. And to date, I have done over 800 facebook lives in a row where I didn’t actually promote my business. What else makes me different? I am still quite, I still have low self-esteem at times, and I share these issues openly – And I share things that are unattractive from time-to-time. And I don’t care what people think about me when I do my facebook lives as I am present to them. What else also make me different is I am terrible at selling, I don’t like selling, and I found a way to actually do the work I love without having to deal with my weakness at all. I literally don’t sell. I don’t ask people for money, they come to me. They ask me to put an offer together for them. I was also the very first person in Canada to do a multi-camera facebook live show and I have done a number of them. I have also been the producer of other people’s shows, multi-camera facebook lives.
Another thing that makes me different is I have never had sex, drugs, nor have I had alcohol. I have never taken medications that would alter my mind. And I have never sworn.
 
My mission is to help people who are just like me get to where I got just like someone did for me. This person, Scott saw me for being greater then I knew myself to be, he saw my gifts and talents. My mission is to help others who are just like m two years ago who think they are unattractive, ugly, who are self-conscious, who are scared of video and who on their first appereance, who when you first look at them, they don’t have charisma, confidence, they are ineffective communicators. People who are tormented by worry and economic insecurity. My mission is to help those underdogs get to where I got to just like someone did for me. So you see this person who intervened in my life saw me for being an entrepreneur even when I didn’t
 
What Are Your Accomplishments or the accomplishments of your business or brand?
 
My personal accomplishment is I used to be a social worker and grief counsellor which is the only jo I had. My accomplishment is I stood up to the board and talked about violations to the Ministry of labour code, and what I would call, slave labour practices. I stood up to this charity and the very next day I was wrongly accused of breach of confidentiality, and I got suspended. I didn’t cave in. I stood up to this charity and I won $30,943.71. And that was very significant because I never made more then $22 000.00 in a year working for that charity 60 hour weeks. Another accomplishment I made is let me tell you the story of Liz, let me tell you the story of Vadim, let me tell you the story of Richard … (Add case stories here)
 
Another accomplishment I made. I won first place of The People’s Choice Awards which at the highest and most prestigious Entrepreneurial Awards ceremony in Canada , called The Waterfront Awards. I got the most votes and I was competing against seasoned business owners, and I got the most amount of votes – how did I do that? I leveraged video. To this day, and it happens quite frequently I go to a mall or even somewhere far away and I get people saying to me ‘You are that girl on facebook’, or they look at me and will not stop staring. Another major accomplishment is everybody knows me in my local area. They know me and they know what I have done. Another accomplishment is when I won against the charity for Slave labor practices, they attacked me through filing a complaint with The Ontario Collage of Social Workers And Social Service Workers for alleged Breach Of Confidentiality, I was investigated by them and I was found innocent. Another accomplishment is I learned  there were abusive dynamics going on in my family and I actually did an intervention on my family and I caused the following result: I caused my grandmother who was living in a hostile and unhealthy environment surrounded by anger and resentment, and I could see her physical and mental health deteriorate as a result of it as she was unable to do anything, she stopped walking. And my parent being the primary caregivers for my family were stressed out as taking care of my grandmother took a huge tole on them. And the result I got was to have my grandmother scheduled to move to a better place where she is also not isolating – Where she is receiving the proper care she needs 24/7 and also she is constantly connecting with other people who speak her own language, so she is surrounded by her own community. One of my other major accomplishments is I am the first person ever who this successful and great guy who has been an entrepreneur for over 30 years has ever created a business and had a 50/50 partnership with. Another accomplishment is I was recruited to be on the board of All Addictions Anonymous, a global organization that helped people all over the world recover from any and all addictions whatever they may be just like I did. I recovered from my addiction to anxiety, worry and anorexia. I was also recruited to be on the board for All Addictions For Youth that helped deliver result driven programs for at-risk youth. While I was also part-time, I started my own Not-For-Profit, called Hope And  Happiness Wellness Services helped Youth and families break free from grief, trauma and addictions. Another accomplishment is I took on an annual charitable event that's been running for six years. My entire team all bailed out because it never made enough money, so despite my everyone trying to convince me to not do it, I kept my word. And not only was the event successful, it made more money in donations then anybody else who was able to make the event as successful in the previous years. Another major accomplishment is I am in control of my thoughts now and I never was before, and I never knew it. Now when I notice a negative thought come in, I see it, I am aware of it, and I am aware of what could happen if I play with it and I let it go.
 
How Did You Get Started?
 
On September 16, 2016, I had a meeting with the president of the board and the Vice Chair who was a lawyer, and I disclosed the violations to the Ministry of labour code, and the very next business day, I was told to not come back into work because they were doing an investigation on me for Breach of Confidentiality, which they fabricated and made up to reprimand me for standing up for my rights. And the very next day, I went to the Ministry Of Labour to find out my rights and I was fortunate enough because of all the good will I had done for Scott Gallagher's Not For Profits, All Addictions Anonymous, Addiction For Youth, and the school programs. I had created enough good will for his missions that he stepped up and he basically acted as my lawyer, agent, and ghost wrote my entire case, which I won. During that process of fighting the case, I was getting psychiatric care. Well, I wouldn't be hear now if somebody wasn't metaphorically holding my hand, and help me get to that next level for me at my own pace not forcing me, not rushing me. I got to where I am today because I had someone really listen to me. While I was going through all this trauma, Scott created this platform for me where I was having daily human connection because I was having thoughts of wanting to end my life thinking that I would never ever get hired again that I would have to get a job at McDonald's. So how did I get to where I am today? Someone worked with me and custom created these shows and platforms to give me attention without selling. Honestly, I wouldn't be hear now if it weren't for one particular promise Scott asked me to make. He said he would sponsor the studio every single day so long as I had a guest everyday and if I didn't, then I would go on my facebook timeline that day till someone actually said hello to me, commented and a real conversation was occurring through a facebook live - That's how I got here. If I didn't keep that promise, then I wouldn't have the visibility and Scott would have stopped helping me. The promise I made on 1111 would be so Scott would keep sponsoring his time and his studio. That's how I got here today. if I didn't keep that promise, then I wouldn't have had the visibility, and then Scott would have stopped helping me. He just asked me to do that one thing, which was a facebook live daily connecting with another human being, and if I did that, it would end my depression, anxiety and worry. Scott created this membership site for me with a simple practice. We would listen to a positive message during the day that is no more than 12 minutes and then share on video (unlisted Youtube link) what we got or what we got present to while listening to the short video clip. But how I really got here? It really wasn't about me like I first thought it was, it was about other people.
